The one and only, also the best...

Keeping it simple, this book is a how to or child's guide, for electric rail traction power. It's got substations, protection, lots of overhead (contact) line design, coupling points (tie-station), lots of colour pictures, lots of equations and maths. If you are a electrical engineer working on a rail traction power project this book is your only required reference.

Major railways and commuter systems with electrified lines should have several copies of this book within reach of not just management but employees in the middle of managing daily operations. This is a perfect book. The quality of paper is good for long keeping.
The writer is GERMAN so why not much salutation. They refer to many projects with their own experience that Electrical Engineer looking for.
