LOVE this guide. It's so handy. I have put several hundred hours into Dragon Age Inquisition and wanted to go back and play the other games in the series. This guide had been a tremendous help in figuring out DA2, especially since it was drastically different from what I was used to. Joseph Benderksy's new edition of A Concise History of Nazi Germany manages to be concise and comprehensive—as well as up-to-date. I have used earlier editions in my courses on twentieth-century Germany with great success. It leads students through Nazism from its inception in post–World War I Germany to the years of the Third Reich and then into what he calls the ‘intractable Nazi legacy’ that lives on to this day. Nazism, it seems, will not go away. This book provides students with a solid platform from which to launch their exploration of the effects and the meaning of the Nazi phenomenon. (Karl A. This is an extraordinarily valuable book for anyone interested in muscle physiology, kinesiology and electromyography.
It is the most comprehensive book ever produced on the physiology, research and application of sEMG.
The author John Basmajian founded the International Society of Electromyography and Kinesiology (ISEK)and about five other professional biomedical societies as well.
Basmajian's pioneering work with sEMG and with EMG biofeedback dates back to the late fifties and his early work with iEMG (intramuscular or needle) EMG was published in Science magazine.
Carlo DeLuca is a brilliant researcher, one of the world's current leaders in the field, now that Basmajian has attained Emeritus status (McMaster University.)
If you work with pain, physical therapy, physiatry, biofeedback, kinesiology, you can't go wrong with this book. I've heard that a new edition is in the works.
Basmajian also did a classic biofeedback book as well.

Excellent Bible Study! Highly Recommend Ignatius Studies!

Wonderful combination of the scripture and the study aids! I'm on my third book from this Ignatius Catholic series and I can't recommend them highly enough. I like having the scripture at the top of each page and the comments, explanations, and additional information at the bottom of each page. The studies are easy to use and I don't need to carry both it and my Bible when I'm traveling and working on my Bible Study.

1-3 john, and revelations

i read a lot of scott hahn so i decided to read his notes on the new testament and genesis...

i read them, i love them!!!

each front of one has the author - not who he was, but everybody he could be! then he goes on to explain all the main couldbes of the author, and why most picked the author they picked... and then the church's answer to it...

he explains the layout of the book, who it was written to/for, and why...

in the notes, at the bottom of each page of the book, the notes are abundant...some notes, because if you put in every note on every thing you end up with...the catechism, lol! no seriously the notes are worth reading, especially "contents and unity", "living tradition", "analogy of faith", topical essays, word studies, and charts...

i like curtis mitch, too...but the intro to the gospels, etc, arent in the individual books, and the study questions for understanding and for application arent in the new testament...

im looking forward to the old testament coming out individually and the old testament as whole...

also some (i dont know how many or how to order them) comes in large, easy to read format! great for stroke, lol!

Excellent Resource

I have used a couple of different study guides and Bibles in the past, and the Ignatius Study Bible is by far the most user friendly.
The notes examine the Scripture passages on several different levels that aid understanding from both spiritual and historical perspectives. The notes are concise, yet very informative, and they connect the dots between the Old and New Testaments and between Scripture and Church teaching. The design of the book itself is also a plus. Unlike others that are bulky and hard to highlight or write in, the Ignatius version lies flat and stays open allowing one to easily highlight and make notations as well as refer to while using other sources such as one might do in a Bible study class. While I am still a fan of the Navarre Bible, Ignatius will now be my first choice.

About the Author
Peter Ralston began studying material arts at age nine in Singapore. He was a Sumo champion at his high school in Japan and a collegiate fencing and Judo champion while a Physiology/Anatomy major at the University of California at Berkeley. He founded the Cheng Hsin School in Oakland, where he teaches a range of courses on martial arts and ontology (the study of being).

A Must For Internal Stylists

This is the second copy of this book I have purchased. I gave the first one to a friend not knowing how hard it would be to find afterward.
This is the companion volume to Cheng Hsin: Principles of Effortless Power. Both books studied together are written well enough to allow the dilligent learner to grasp the concepts and techniques taught in this book. That doesn't mean it's easy but Peter Ralston Has given every detail possible without showing up at your doorstep to deliver the book himself. Highly Recommended.
